The chief task of the Guild are:

1. Prevention of harm to life and health of individuals, legal persons and their property, and the state or municipal property, environment, preservation of cultural heritage objects of the Russian Federation;
2. Improving the quality of reconstruction, construction, major repairs of objects of capital construction, training of skilled personnel and their certification.
3. Development and approval of documents, provided for by article 55.5 of the town planning Code of the Russian Federation, as well as control over observance of the members of the self-regulating organization of the requirements of these documents.

Guild builds strong partnerships with its members, providing comprehensive support and assistance in realization of professional activity, both on the Federal and local levels. Operational information support enables organizations - members of the Guild to form an objective idea about the market, potential partners and competitors.
